BAYTREE'S INNER CIRCLESince the program’s inception in April of 2013, Baytree’s Inner Circle membership continues to grow at a tremendous pace. Simply put, it is a better way to buy and manage Toronto’s income properties.
By leveraging our collective ‘buying power’, Baytree has successfully negotiated the acquisitions of quality preconstruction condo units for its members – typically with significant discounts and incentives – in some of the best locations that Toronto’s downtown and midtown can offer.
The key element to the program is in our PRIORITY ACCESS to these projects offered by well-established builders; by choosing the right type of units in the right locations with low vacancy rates and high rental demands, along with higher levels of resale activities. This greatly minimizes the overall risk exposure for unit owners even during recessionary times.
We keep our focus on smaller suites made up of 1 bedroom, 1 bed + den and small 2 bedrooms, to help maximize our members’ opportunities to find wealthy tenants in their 20s to 40s who are likely to stay as tenants for several years. It is their rent which covers ALL costs tied in with the unit ownership which includes mortgage payments, maintenance fees and property taxes.
