The key element to the program is in our PRIORITY ACCESS to these projects offered by well-established builders; by choosing the right type of units in the right locations with low vacancy rates and high rental demands, along with higher levels of resale activities. This greatly minimizes the overall risk exposure for unit owners even during recessionary times.
We keep our focus on smaller suites made up of 1 bedroom, 1 bed + den and small 2 bedrooms, to help maximize our members’ opportunities to find wealthy tenants in their 20s to 40s who are likely to stay as tenants for several years. It is their rent which covers ALL costs tied in with the unit ownership which includes mortgage payments, maintenance fees and property taxes.
